Bahama Bob’s Run $50

Angostura No. 1 (Trinidad): Angostura No.1 Oloroso Sherry is a blend of an exquisite selection of our rarest rums, aged up to 22 years which was carefully selected by our Master Blender, this blend was then left to finish in specially chosen Oloroso Sherry Casks for 9 months.

Plantation Trinidad (Trinidad): This rum has been aged a minimum of nine years in used bourbon casks, and after this initial maturation, the rum was transported from Trinidad to France where it was finished for a short time in used Cognac casks to enhance the flavor. It is a light and delicate rum with some Scotch notes.

Pampero Anniversario (Venezuela): This is a striking blend of four to six year old rums. Maturation in whiskey and bourbon barrels have lent this rum a concentrated, rich flavor while rendering it delightfully smooth. It is a full-bodied rum with sweet notes and wonderful flavor.

El Dorado 15 year (Guyana): Containing a blend of Demerara rums ranging in age from 15 to 25 years that are aged in oak casks. A sweet, sugary entry is followed by flavors of vanilla and cocoa. There’s a touch of dried cherries at the mid-palate and the finish is smokey and sweet, with a return of the vanilla flavor.

Matusalem Gran Reserva 18 year (Dominican Republic): The Gran Reserva 18 has a deep amber color, with an aroma of candied fruits and the slightest whisper of orange peel. The flavor profile is marked by dried fruits, citrus peel, oak and the slightly nutty quality that characterizes most high-end rums from the Dominican Republic.

Zaya (Trinidad & Tobago): This rum is a blend of up to five rums, each aged for a minimum of 12 years in oak barrels. Distilled five times and bottled at 80 proof, the resulting spirit is intense and intriguing. Offering a nose of brown sugar but also the unexpected green tea, powerful vanilla extract, and coffee notes.

Ron Zacapa 23 (Guatemala): After ageing in different casks, including robust bourbon, delicate sherry and Pedro Ximenez wine casks prior to bottling, Zacapa 23 is rested in re-charred white oak barrels to impart additional flavor from the wood. Sweet and delicate with notes of wood, fruitiness, vanilla, almond, caramel, fudge and chocolate accentuated with hints of spice, honey and butterscotch.

There is a nice underlying nuttiness of walnuts and hazelnuts, some sweet caramel and some very delicious spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. As the glass breathes, the richness of the rum builds offering more tastes of brown sugar and cinnamon with butter. An overall favorite!

Barbancourt 15 year (Haiti): The Barbancourt family used to keep this spectacular rum for themselves, but fortunately for us they began releasing small quantities in the 1960s. Aged for 15 years, this sipping rum enchants with a full, rich palate brimming with pear and citrus flavors, warming spices and a little peppery kick.

Pilar Dark (Florida): Papa’s Pilar Dark Rum has a strong aroma of brown sugar and cinnamon. The flavor is sweet initially, with lots of vanilla, caramel, and citrus followed by notes of cinnamon and anise. It finishes on the dry side, medium-long with the influence of the sherry aging making itself known.

Kirk & Sweeney Gran Reserva (Dominican Republic): Well aged rum featuring vanilla, brown sugar, chocolate, coffee and baking spice with hints of leather and baked fruit. The finish is a simple fade with lingering flavors of coffee and baking spices.

Ron Centenario 30 year (Costa Rica): This is a blend of rums aged in white American oak for up to 30 years in a traditional solera system. Intensely aromatic, this rum is bold, creamy and silken. Hints of milk chocolate, bruleed pineapples, ripe mango, brown sugar, jasmine flowers, cappuccino, and leather. Slightly drier than Centenario 20, this luxurious rum is best enjoyed neat.

Don Pancho 18 year (Panama): Aromas of honey, tea, soft cardamom and figs. A sweet luxurious initial entry on the palate turns to creamy vanilla, then dries to cola nut with some brown spice. Long rich oak finish reluctant to leave the palate. The youngest rum in the blend has been aged for 18 years in selected American Oak Casks uncharred from Kentucky.

Diplomatico Ambassador (Venezuela): An exquisite rum crafted from the distillery’s best rum reserves. After a minimum of 12 years of ageing in white oak casks, until optimal maturity is achieved, the rums are aged for two additional years in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, contributing to Ambassador’s complex sensory profile. It is complex on the palate with cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted oak notes leading onto a long, pleasing aftertaste.

Dictador XO (Colombia): Made from the fermentation of unique virgin sugar cane honey, then distilled in a modern stainless steel alembic. It is then aged in pre-used quality oak barrels from Jerez and Port that now and again reburn to caramelize the interior to achieve sweet flavors coming from the oak. In the mouth it is extremely smooth with a range of exquisite flavors starting with fudge, intense vanilla, parfait caramel, and Colombian coffee.

Four Square (Barbados): Indelible is a blend of two distinct single blended rums, both 11 years of age. One aged 11 years, entirely in Ex-Bourbon Barrels, and a second, double-maturation, aged 5 years in Ex-Zinfandel then 6 additional years in Ex-Bourbon Barrels.

Chairman’s Reserve 1931 (St. Lucia): A seamless blend of Coffey and pot still rums aged from 6 to 11 years in Bourbon and Port casks. Notes of honeyed raisins, oak, and crème caramel are followed by hints of leather, tobacco, and coffee bean.

RL Seale (Barbados): This rum was distilled from pot and column stills at the Foursquare Distillery and aged for a minimum of 12 years in the tropical climate before bottling with zero additives. The palate pops with an overripe fruit note, plus some secondary elements of nutty almonds, sesame seed, and a cream soda sweetness.

Smith & Cross (Jamaica): A blend of two styles of pot-stilled rum, Plummer and Wedderburn, Its gold color implies more aging than you might expect – the oldest rum here is three years, and most is far younger. The nose of this highly aromatic rum leads with overripe banana, followed by leather, spice and molasses. Bumbu (Barbados): Adored for its banana, vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon flavor notes, this rum is carefully distilled in Barbados. The rum starts with sugarcane sourced from all over Latin America: Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guyana, and Honduras. It is column-distilled and aged in first-fill Kentucky bourbon casks for up to 15 years.

Papa’s Pilar Bourbon Barrel: This bottling is a blend of column and pot still rums from the Caribbean, the US, and Central America. The rums have been solera aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, port wine, and sherry casks. After blending, the rum is then further aged in ex-bourbon to finish aging. A previous edition of this bottling was released at a lower proof, but this edition was bottled at 95 proof.
